Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) Sweet Jalapeño peppers are entirely prepared from fresh, clean and sound Sweet Jalapeños obtained by Invertec´s especially trained network of suppliers. The Sweet Jalapeños are washed, stemmed and sized, then quick frozen to preserve the most natural flavor, texture, color and appearance. The product is prepared, processed, packaged and delivered following a HACCP program in accordance with the current good manufacturing practices and under strict sanitary conditions to assure good product definitions.

The production, package and delivery are made under a strict quality assurance program to guarantee a product which isin complete compliance with the FDA, JAS and European international food laws and regulations. Our plant is AIB certified as excellent and our products are Kosher certified.
