Corn Starch is white and free flowing powder. It is based on corn as raw material, corn powder by soaking, grinding, separating, refining and so on. It is a key material for the manufacture of corn based biochemical products ranging from corn sweeteners to amino acids. Also corn starch itself is one of the important raw materials for food, paper and textile industries

Modified corn starch
modified corn starch is widely used in food, oil drilling,textile, paper industrials an so on.Modified cornstarch is a cornstarch substitute, wherein the powder is treated with a number of chemicals and Enzymes to change its chemical properties to such an extent wherein it can tolerate more heat and act as a more stable thickening agent. Modified cornstarch replaces cornstarch to improve the quality of thickening that one expects in the recipe.
