Description
Powder is easily dispersed in water or milk, for immediate consumption, without precooking. It is made with quinoa flour peeled (Chenopodium quinoa Willdenow). The flour is then extruded and milled under controlled temperature and pressure. The careful process, can remove the saponins.

Instant Flour human food or preparing food formulations.
