Working Process

Tubular pasteurizer is equipments designed to use Sterilization and cooling method to prolong preservation period of Juice,dairy products,beverage and other liquid materials .Tubular sterilizer adopts diferent sterilizing method and technology to different materials which need diferent sterilizing temperature.

This Aseptic UHT tubular sterilizer is specially designed to mate with the aseptic filling machine of beverage products. It suited for milk, soybean milk, peanut milk, fruit juice, especially for the neutral beverages like dairy products, and can be used to mate with kinds of aseptic packaging such as aseptic paper packaging, aseptic plastic film packaging, and aseptic PET packaging etc.

Different from plate sterilizer, tubular HTST/UHT sterilizer is based on tubular heat exchanger
