100 % IQF frozen snow pear. The variety is SNOW PEAR.
The product is produced according to good manufacturing procedure (HACCP and BRC
systems) and is metal detected.
2. General requirements:
The fruit has to be free from preservatives and other additives,
According to the regulation stated in the Australia Food legislation, blanched, skinless,
typical color of this variety, characteristic flavour and taste, without residues, without
damaged or rotten ones, without foreign substance.
3. Parameters of approval:
Size: 1/4 or 1/6 slice
Brix: 7.5-9.0
Color: typical color of this variety
Taste and flavour: typical, sound, ripe pear
Stones: absent
Foreign bodies & others: absent
4. Microbiological conditions:

The stowage of the goods must not cause any damage on the goods or packaging.
Sufficient cold air circulation in the car/container is guaranteed under any circumstances.
