By 2012,the company has set up a farm occupying area of 5328000 square meters around the Qingdao city,33300000 square meters in Wu Lan Cha Bu which known as "Capital of Chinese Potato" in Inner Mongolia.The environment for farming is excellent. The climate is cool and refreshing.It is suitable for the control of plant diseases and insect pests without the use of pesticides and the biological fertilizer practice conditions are excellent. Although intensively cultivated,we can better control residual pesticide,fertilizer rate,water and soil pollution.The rate of vegetable harvesting mechanization has reached more than 90%.(The company has imported an American super sweet corn combine harvester,pea combine harvester and spinach harvester which are worth one million five hundred thousands US Dollars totally).It fully guarantees the best harvesting period to keep the moisture,sugar and freshness of the vegetable.
At present,our four processing factories (3 in Qingdao,1 in Inner Mongolia),with occupying area 273060 square meters totally.have five professional production lines that include dicing machine,slicer,segment cutter,fully-automated packaging machine and other advanced processing equipment,They were imported from USA and Belgium,Achieving more than 95% our refining link mechanical automation.The annual output can reach more than 200,000 tons with the capacity of 60,000 tons low temperature frozen storage and 10,000 tons fresh storage.
