Tipical Dairy Products from italy: goat, sheep and cow milk products, fresh and matured.
Set up in the early ‘50s, the Company, run by the founding Father’s Family, produces sheep and goat cheese still according to the Founder’s keenness, commitment and determination values.
The Farm, sited in the Sardinia Region and completely involved in the typical Mediterranean environment, focuses on quality and respect of tradition.
In particular, the Company, member of the Cooperative for conservation of the Sardinian Cheese, is specialized in producing and trading the local typical cheese: the “PECORINO”, a traditional and tasted sheep cheese, which gets different Flavours and aromas according to the level of maturation.
Furthermore, with the aim of satisfying the diverse preferences of its Clients, the Company offers a wide range of dairy products traditionally made in the Region and differently matured.
The wide range of the Company offer includes:
- long matured cheese
- medium matured cheese
- short matured cheese
- ricotta and fresh dairy products
- spicy cheese
- milk crème

Among its main goals, the Farm focuses on the promotion of the Sardinian Culture and Traditions both in Italy and Abroad. In respect of this goal and of its Funding Family’s values, the Company strictly selects the milk, its raw material.
The milk used for the Company production, indeed, is just the one produced in the surrounding sheep and goat farming, where the animals still pasture wildly.
This careful selection allows the Company to guarantee a genuine and tasted product, compliant with the local archaic traditions.
The Company aims to cooperate with wholesalers/importers, trading companies and retail sellers operating in the dairy product sector.
