Production Line Process

Ø Water treatment system( Exclude sterilization equipment, it is based on the raw water chemical report )

Ø Conveying route: automatic decapper → automatic barrel brusher → automatic barrel feeding system → rinsing, filling, capping monoblock → conveying system → thermal shrinker → code printer → conveying system.

Ø There are two optional method for cap sterilization oA Ozone sterilization cabinet  

                                              B Disinfectant

Ø Cap conveying route: cap elevator → cap sorter →chain type cap pressuring system 

Ø Air compressing system
