This year Electrolux Professional was present at Host, the International Exhibition of the Hospitality Industry in Milano, with the Dito Electrolux appliances. Electrolux Professional chefs performed live cooking demos to show to the audience how to prepare healthy and in house made dishes, from cakes and pastries to grilled fish, vegetables or meat. Dito Electrolux organized its demos around three main themes, each representing a moment of the day: delicious breakfast, live lunch and surprise happy hour.
For a really Delicious Breakfast, fresh cakes and savoury biscuits can be prepared using a combination of Planetary, Portable Mixers and Libero Line Mini Combi Oven: all types of dough and pastry can be kneaded and then cooked using the steam or convection option of the oven, while omelette or fried eggs and bacon slices can be prepared using the Libero Line Induction or Infrared cooking tops.
