Instructions: Mix 360 ml of chicken soup stock and 36 ml of Kyushu pork ramen soup. Mix them well.

1. Pour Kyushu Tonkotu ramen soup (AD-476) into a stainless steel container. 2. Pour 36 ml of the product into a bowl and 5 ml of lard, adjust for your preference. 3. Pour 360 ml of heated chicken soup stock into the bowl. 4. Mix them well. 5. Cook some noodles and drain them, then place into the soup 6. Stir noodles with chopsticks to break them up. *** Serve with BBQ pork, Kikurage, spring onion and pickled ginger as toppings.
♦How to make "Paitan-GaraSoup" using "Rich Tonkotsu GaraSoup (B-23)"
