Lemon Myrtle has a refreshing flavour and aroma of a blend of lemongrass, lime and lemon. The essential oils in the lemon myrtle leaf are the world's richest known natural source of citral (90% to 98% ) . Citral has been shown to exhibit sedative, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties.
