The KOMBASSAN Food City Project is the largest integrated establisment of its kind in Turkey and the world, located in the heart of Turkeys granary. KOMGIDA A.S. Food City occupies approximately 1,5 million sq m open and 440.000 sq m covered area. The founded establisment has started manufacturing in 10 February 1997 as 5 factories of this establisment such as Macaroni, Wheat Flour, Semolina, Biscuits and Wafers and Pulse.
In Macaroni Plant we have 2 short cuttting lines 1 long cutting line 1 fiyonk line and 260 tons/day. we are using BUHLER and BOSH technology under full PLC control system in our production. we have two brands " GOLDA - MELDA". We can package 200gr, 250gr, 350gr, 400gr, 500gr and 5000gr for different types of macaroni.
In flour Plant, we have 250 tons/day prduction capacity anc we can package 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg and 50kg under GOLDA and MELDA brand.
In Semolina Plant we have 500 tons/day semolina Production capacity anc 500gr, 15kg, and 50kg package types under GOLDA brand.
In Pulses plant we have 144 tons/day cleaning, 210tons/day packaging and totaly 600tons cereals storage capactiy. For pulses we have 1kg, 2,5kg, 5kg, 10kg package types under GOLDA brand.
In Biscuit Plant we are using German Rapido technology and 20 tons/day production capactiy. we have different types of Plain Biscuits, Wafers, Cream Biscuits, Coated Biscuits and Wafers, crackers in different gram package under GOLDA brand.
