Product Description

Pulse dust Filter uses good quality steel plate;

Well sealed, no flying dust;

Electronically controlled pulse nozzle, compact structure integrated with solenoid valve and air release valve;

Big air volume, small size;

The pulse dust filter efficiently removes dirty air, widely used in grain, feed, construction, chemistry industries.

The pulse dust filter includes a high upper box,a middle box ,a lower box and a landing leg.The upper bos is installed with the solenoid valve,the air bag,the spray pipe, the plate and the clean air outlet;the middle box is internally installed with the filter-bag,the holder,the mechanical spring with tangents to inlet of dirty air and circumference up to middle access door;the lower box is internally installed with the dust scraper,the gear motor below,the motor for the air lock,and the dust hopper access door to the circumference.The boxes are sealed with rubber and connected with bolts.

The landing leg is welded on the lower box to support and fix the filter.
