After liquefied and sacchairfied by enzyme, it will be condensed and made into one kind of syrup with maltose as its main ingredient, pure, genial and sweet. Under the condition of aodity, it is equipped with advantage of comparative and high infiltration. It looks transparent from light yellow to brown yellow, glutinus without any residues and has an odour of malt.

It can be used in the production of many kinds of candies, biscuits, pastries, bakes, additives, barbecued jam, fruit jam and other kinds of flavors.
