Burmann Alimentos was first established in 1991, focusing on representing small farmers and some cooperatives which produced all sorts of grains. The company is responsible for selling and distributing all products to wholesalers, supermarkets and food industry. Burmann Alimentos is located in the city of Porto Alegre, which is the state capital of Rio Grande do Sul, in the southern region of Brazil.
