The idea of producing cream liqueurs and cocktails came from a manufacturer of
mozzarella cheese and butter in the Western Cape of South Africa. In 2007 it was decided to productively utilize the excess Jersey cream, ( a by product of mozzarella cheese ) to produce Nature's Own Marula Liqueur.
A dedicated team with a wealth of skills and experiece in their respective fields were sourced and brought together with the sole purpose of developing and marketing a cream liqueur of exceptionally high quality, allowing it to enter into the highly competitive market of cream liqueurs and cocktails with ease. After many months, a liqueur crafted to perfection with total passion and using only the best ingredients saw the light, the true essence of Africa.
