It’s a triple pack of Mentsuyu, kelp soup stock and powdered bonito. It uses kelp from Hokkaido.
How to use:
√ Sipmly dilute with hot water.
√ It is a convenient pouch type.
1. Pour Mentsuyu, kelp soup stock and powdered bonito into a bowl.
2. Pour 250ml of hot water into the bowl.
3. Cook some soba or udon noodles drain them then, place into the bowl.
4. Serve with cooked vegetable, Aburaage (Deep fried tofu) and spring onions as toppings.

1. Our Hokkaido factory is located between the mountains and the sea.
It is an area rich in natural resources. In addition, we have a factory in Ibaraki prefecture.
