MICRO FLOCK 90 (Cationic polyamine base color removal Jelly Form)
DESCRIPTION:
MICRO FLOCK -90 is Poly quaternary type liquid cationic coagulants with Polyamine base. In the clarification of waste water from Textiles, Denim, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals Oil field, Petroleum refinery, Petrochemicals and Engineering Industries, MICRO FLOCK - 90 is suitable replacements for metal salts such as Alum, Ferric and Ferrous Sulphate commonly used in the clarification of raw water and waste water. MICRO FLOCK - 90 products also can be used as a Primary coagulant either alone or as admixture with inorganic coagulants.

APPLICATIONS
COLOR REMOVAL MICRO FLOCK - 90 forms insoluble matter with the coloring matter present in the
waste water especially from that of a dyestuff-manufacturing unit or a Textiles unit where
dyeing operation is carried out. This is true in the case of Food processing units,
Distilleries, Pharmaceuticals, soluble coffee and
Tea Powder manufacturing units. etc. The
insoluble matter can be settled or more easily flocculated using an anionic flocculating
agent
PRIMARY COAGULANT MICRO FLOCK 90 can be effectively used to compensate the cationic demand of the
systems, which are water based. MICRO FLOCK -90, because of its high cationic
charge brings down the zeta potential to any desired level. Coagulation occurs once the
charge carried out be the suspended particles becomes zero. MICRO FLOCK-90 can be
used advantageously in system where inorganic coagulants cannot be used.The dosage
in such cases depends on the TSS and the charge density on the suspended particles.
