In water treatment of pure water production line, with the following equipment: silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion exchanger, precision filter, reverse osmosis, ozone generator. In water treatment of mineral water production line, with the following equipment: silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion exchanger, precision filter, hollow fiber filter, ultraviolet disinfection machine. The beneficial elements to human body in mineral water need to be retained. Once go through the reverse osmosis, all impurities, microorganisms, bacteria and these beneficial mineral elements will be removed.
To be based on 500ml bottle, when the yield of bottled water production line is less than 2000b/h, it can be equipped with the linear type mineral water filling machine. When the yield is more than 2000b/h, it can be equipped with mineral water 3 in 1 filling machine. The complete mineral water production line consists of the following three parts:
①water treatment system: silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion exchanger, precision filter, hollow fiber filter, ultraviolet disinfection equipment, water tank.
②bottle blowing, filling system: bottle blowing machine, bottle unscrambler, air conveyor, mineral water filling machine, cap elevator, bottle caps sterilization equipment, conveying system, light checker.
