		S.S. MINI ROBOT CASE PACKER / CASER / DECASER is designed for Filling / Emptying Cartons and crates with mechanical movements suitable to handle various type of bottles, jars, cylindrical and odd shaped cans.

		QUICK CHANGE OVER HEADS

Salient Features:-

User friendly PLC Controlled Operator Panel.
The Head Design with fast griping allows the fast and safe replacement / removal of heads without spanner for maintenance and changeover.
Manual Operator control for fast and easy Elimination of malfunctions.
Special Grippers and packing cups available with mechanical, compressed air and vacuum activation for handling different type of containers.
No carton - Machine Stop, Bottle Missing - Machine Stop, Operator Safety Sensors and Machine Safety Sensors to avoid accidents.
Machine (Pick & Place) is supplied compete in all aspects fitted with safety guards, quick changeover heads with pneumatically operated bell shaped diaphragm bottle gripping heads with matrix depending upon output and product to be packed.

Machine has been manufactured in steel construction and can accomodate cartons and crates in single or double lane(i.e. for higher outputs).
