Perhaps one of the best known and purchased blends in the world. A captivating flavor this is both mild and smooth.

OUR ROASTING LEVELS

The hallmark tradition of roasting
is to go from lighter to darker roast, beginning with medium roast and
finally a true dark roast which is
often referred to as Italian Roast
and our house expresso falls in
this category.

Medium Roast
Our standard roast. The beans are
reddish brown in color without
visible oil. This roast level achieves
a balance of acidity, flavor, taste,
body andeven aroma.

Dark Roast
Roasted darker than medium
roast,it is often referred to us
full city. The coffee is roasted
just enough where the natural oils
are just beginnings to appear on
the surface. This coffee is ideal
for drip method and has
intense flavor and body
than medium roast.


FAIR TRADE

We offer various Fair Trade
certified coffees. Since these vary
it is best to check our current price
list for availability and pricing.
Fair Trade coffees are certified by
the Trans Fair USA. The program
supports the co-ops and their
members by paying them a
higher fixed price for their coffee
than what they would normally be
paid in an open market. It allows
the farmer to better feed his
family and obtain a higher
standard of living. Approximately
80% of Fair Trade coffees are
organic. The Fair Trade coffees
we carry will vary and it is best
to check our price list or call
for availability.
