Tapioca Starch is widely used in both food and non food industries. In the food industry, the basic products derived from tapioca starch are glucose, dextrose, high fructose as well as other sweeteners. With similar sweetening base, tapioca starch can also be processed into a kind of food seasoning products in flake like or crystallized form called monosodium glutamate.
