Chemical Name: monosodium phosphate

Molecular Formula: Na2H2PO4.2H2O

Molecular Weight: 156.01

Character: Colorless column crystal, odorless, slightly deliquescence, relative density 20.4, melting point 60 a , easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. When heated to less 100 a , soluble in crystalline water; when heated to 100 a , losing crystalline water, going on heating and becoming NaPO3.

Use: It is used as buffer, characteristic improving agent, emulsification agent, nutritional supplement, ant oxidizer brine penetrable agent, sugar clarifier, stabilizer, coagulant, fowl depilatory agent.

Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner, and a woven bag as the outer layer, the net weight of each bag is 25kg .

Storage & Transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse; kept away from moisture during transport. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
