Since 1991, La Salamandra S.A. has been producing premium dairy products according to the highest standards. In order to achieve this, we count with a manufacturing plant equipped with modern technology, where we produce gourmet products, internationally known for their quality and the craftsmanship of their production.
Our plant is located in a rural area, 90 km. away from Buenos Aires, near the historical towns of Lujan and Capilla del Senor. In it, we produce our dulce de leche (milk caramel), leader in the segment of premium dulce de leche in Argentina, as well as different types of gourmet cheese, such as buffala and cow Mozzarella, Mascarpone Cheese, Danbo and Ricotta under “Granja La Salamandra” brand.
