Working Principle

•  It uses brushes or  attrition roller  to peel off the deeper skin of
•  Vegetables&fruits, and the  peeled  material's  surface is very smooth.

•  While peeling the vegetable or fruit, there is  high pressure water
• cleaning them at the  same time.
