APPLICATION

It is mainly used in frying all kinds of sauces, such as hot pot seasoning, chilli sauce, mushroom sauce, curry paste, ect. and granular material.

It also can be used in large restaurants and canteens for boiling, cooking, frying and stewing large quantities of food.

MAIN FEATURES

1. This equipment uses steam, gas, electric or electromagnetic as its heating source, and features in large heating area, rapid heating up, high energy efficiency, heating uniformity, etc.

2. Smoke and exhaust gas concentratedly discharged from the back flue of equipment, it makes operation safe and efficient;

3. Adopt direct-connected temperature measurement device. The temperature measurement pole contact with the material directly and measure the material’s temperature with high accuracy; The temperature measurement pole is equipped with protective bush which makes it durable, stable and reliable.

4. It doesn’t need any workers to stir fry, the pot body will tilt automatically and  discharge material quickly and thoroughly in high level. Easy to clean and save labor.

5. Mixing is frequency control; Adopt combination of rotation and revolution; 4, 5, 6 or 7 mixing agitator heads can achieve better mixing effect; more homogeneous mixing, scraping the pot more thoroughly; effectively control the problem of some material pasting pot.

Packing: 

For FCL goods, we use stretch film then fix them with wire rope;

For LCL goods, we will use stretch fill then packed in fumigation-free wooden case.
