Packing Materials:

Paper/polyethylene Cellophane paper/polyethylene, plated aluminum/polyethylene, polyester, aluminum paper, aluminum composite and other packing materials.

Features:

1.All packaging procedures such as the bag making ,material filling, thermal sealing of bag neck, batch number (date)printing and bag cutting can be finished continuously and automatically.

2.The length of bag can be adjusted using the mechanical portion.

3.The machine is equipped with cursor ACS (Automatic Control System) such that complete trademark pattern and cutting position can be acquired.

4.The heat sealing system uses two pieces of electronic temperature controls (for sealing in transverse and longitudinal directions respectively)for various composite packing materials.

5.The measurement of quantity by the machine is accurate, the volumetric cup is designed to consist of internal and external cups, and the volume can be adjusted within the rated range.

6.The machine has small volume, low power consumption and simple structure and its maintenance is convenient.

Options:

Thermal printing system with 1~3 rows of adjustable ink rollers and ribbons.
Automatically stops when no product or packing material.
