As the cradle of Chinese strong aromatic liquor, Luzhou Laojiao of a long history has stood out from Chinese liquor industry for distinctive superiority. Our company has 1573 national treasure cellars which were the first established cellars (in 1573AD), the best-preserved and continuous long-operation brewing cellars in our country. In December 1996, our company was firstly listed as a National Cultural Relic Protection Unit in the liquor industry by the State Council. In 2006, our company was listed in World Cultural Heritage Tentative List by the state.

In May 2006, as the only representative of strong aroma liquor, the traditional brewing technique of Luzhou Laojiao was listed in the first batch of National Intangible Cultural Heritage List and became the first enterprise with the title of Dual National Treasures. As one of the Four Famous Chinese Liquors, Luzhou Laojiao Tequ Liquor was awarded the golden medal on the 1915 Panama Pacific International Exposition. At the 1952 National Liquor Testing Conference, our company was confirmed as the typical representative of strong aromatic liquor and was the only one that has won Famous Chinese Liquor for five times in succession. The registered trademark, Luzhou was one of the First National Ten Famous Trademarks.
