≡ We create our man-made weasel Roasted coffee beans by putting a bio-malt into the best-selected coffee cherries. The bio-malt functions as a natural malt and enzyme which digest the coffee cherries like the way the stomach of a civet does. And then we keep those digested coffee cherries in a temperature that is equivalent to those of a civet and roast them in a suitable condition to make a better ever coffee aroma.
