Product description:
Made of sound garlic,which have been selected,clea ned,peeled segments.The garlic segments are immediately quick frozen and stored at –18°C for 7 days prior to export.
Physical standards:
Appearance: individually free from flowing pieces,no block found
Size: 180-250pcs/kg
Colour: min 99% of white colour,typical of garlic
Discolouration: < 1%
