DESCRIPTION:
This production line developed by our company is applied to the production of food such as Cakes, custard cakes, muffin cakes, pancakes, chocolate cakes, sponge cakes, cup cakes, paper cup cakes, cream cakes, plain cakes and so on.
The machine first automatically distributes the paper cup into the trays or sprays the oil onto the trays; then accurately fills a certain amount of paste into the moulds.Then one worker pulls the trays of paste and puts them into the wagon. When the wagon is full, send the wagon into the Rotary Oven. After baking, the worker puts the trays of cakes onto the production line for Cream Injection and cake depanning. Then the cakes are conveyed into the UV Line for sterilization, while the empty trays move to the paper cup machine or oil sprayer for another circular production.
