Features

1.Keep the original color, using vacuum frying which will be fried in a low temperature, and greatly reduce the oxygen concentration,so that can keep the food no colour fading and changing, even no brown stain.

2.Because of being heat in a vacuum condition, the taste active components of food can't dissolve out in oil, with frying moving on, the taste active components of food can be further concentrated.

3.The frying oil is in a negative pressure condition, gas in the oil will escape fast, and reach to the boiling state fast, so greatly reduce the oil deterioration degree.

4.Discharge automatically, no need to take the basket down. 1 person is enough to operate the machine. Saving time and labor.

5.Very low oil content, very healthy and no cancerogen.

6.Automatic filter system:three-grade-filtration.

Packing:

For FCL goods, we use stretch film then fix them with wire rope;

For LCL goods, we will use stretch fill then packed in fumigation-free wooden case.
