- Description: Brown juice, having sediment of Noni fruit, special odour of Noni fruit.

- Uniformity of volume: ≥ 90% label volume.

- Protein: ≥ 50mg/100ml

- Lipid: ≤ 50mg/100ml

-Carbonhydrat: ≥ 100mg/100ml

- Identification: Reaction of Morinda citrifolia

- Microbial contamination: Must comply with limit as follow:

            + Total number of aerobic bacteria: Max 100 cfu/gram.

            + Total number of yeast and fungi: Max 10 cfu/gram

            + Coliforms: Max 10 cfu/gram

            + Escherichia coli: Negative

            + Pseudomonas aeruginosa: Negative

            + Staphylococcus aureus: Negative

            + Clostridium perfringens: Negative

- Asenic (As): ≤ 5mg/kg

- Cadimi (Cd): ≤ 0.3mg/kg
