♦ How to make soup "Nousyuku hiyashi chuka soup (No.25)"
1. This is condensed sauce. Pour Nousyuku hiyashi chuka soup (No.25) into a stainless steel bowl and dilute 1: 2 - 3 times with water.
2. Cook some noodles and put into cold water and drain them then place onto a plate.
3. Stir the soup before use . Pour 60-80g of the soup on the noodles.
*** Strips of ham, kinshitamago (str ips of fried egg) , cucumbers and Tomatoes etc. can be served as toppings.
