3, Q: What's your MOQ?
A: At least 1000pcs, however, different quantity, different price( more qty, less price).
4, Q: How can I get a quotation for my products?
A: Before we provide our best and accurate quotation, we have to know more details of your products, for example, what's the size? How about the color? How many pieces you want to order?...After we know well the details, we will send you our quotation asap.
5, Q: Do you provide samples before I order?
A: Yes. Before mass production, we can do samples for your checking, after sample approved, we will go ahead with mass production. But before sample production, you have to pay small sample fee, all the sample fee will refund you if quantity not less than our reasonable quantity.
6. What's the format of artwork do you need for printing?
AI, PDF, PSD file are all available for us.
7, Q: What's the payment way?
A: T/T: 30% deposite before mass production, pay the balance before shipping.Except bank wire, you can also send via West Union.
8, Q: Which shipping mode should I choose?
A: Generally for shipping there have 3 methods : by express, by air and by sea. Before you decide which way you use, pls take some details into consideration, such as weight and volume of the goods, cost, delivering time.
