Olive Ripiene Ai Formaggi (Breaded Stuffed Olives with Three Cheese)

Characteristic product stuffed and breaded with an oval shape, formed by green olives, stuffed with a pastry created with three kinds of cheese, then bread crumbed, frozen and ready to fried

Ingredients: Green pitted olives(33%), semi-finished product for breading: (wheat flour, yeast, salt, paprika) water, cheese 18%, wheat flour, salt, vegetable oil, maize flour, maize starch, a powdered egg, leavening agents: phosphate sodium, carbonate acid of sodium

Preparation: To be eaten cooked. Do not defreeze; fry directly in a pan or in a deep fryer in very hot oil (190c) for 4/5 minutes

We supply Michelin star chefs in Luxury hotels in London. We sell to food wholesalers and distributors in the food industry.

Normally we would require a minimum order of 1 pallet (130 Boxes @ 5kgs each = 260 Packets of 2.5kg) but we will accept an order for half pallet (65 Boxes @ 5kg each = 130 Packets of 2.5kg) and we will work with you to build up to one pallet.
