We, Truong Nguyen Seafoods Co , Ltd (Approved code: DL 39) are Seafoods company. It was established in 2007. We have got some certificates such as ISO 22000:2005/HACCP, BRC- Ver. 05, HALAL.
We concentrate on a world-wide process and export of frozen fish fillet (Pangasius Hypophthalmus). In each country we have customers who are working with our products over several years, satisfied with our quality and the competitive prices. Our company owns a closed chain system for the pangasius products with our own 200 hectares of fish farm, a new modern freezing factory with processing capacity /150 tons of raw materials a day.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

We pledge to always provide everybody products with the best quality and safety under the perfect quality policy.

At fish port and Farm:
- Raw materials for our process are strictly inspected by professional technicians and modern devices before being brought to processing mill.

- At farms, it is ensured that water in fish ponds is clean and treated. Fish is fed with industrial food. Besides, harmful chemicals and antibiotics are not allowed to use for fish and farm treating.

- Fish from all ponds and floating cages are taken as samples to test antibiotic residues as: CHLORAMPHENICOL, NITROFURAN, GREEN MALACHITE ...

At processing plant:
- Materials in ponds and floating cages are, by the fastest way, transferred to processing mill. At the mill, we check the materials again and reject unfit materials.

- Processing steps at the mill must conform to quality management programs: GMP, SSOP, HACCP, ISO ...

- Taking randomly and regularly samples at any step of processing line to Test microbe and antibiotic residues at Labs.

- Products are packed, labeled , sealed and preserved in the cold store at the temperature of under -180C. Delivery: goods is loaded in containers at the temperature of under -180C and ready for shipment.

The exported products are explicitly checked in origin and approved accordingly to the European standards. We have an E.U. approval number for the storage and distribution. Due to our experience we always deliver our goods within the shortest delay respecting a long keeping quality thanks to the quick rotation of our stock.
