MEVLANA DRIED NUTS has started production in a small atelier of 24 sqm in Karsiyaka, Izmir in 1992 by two brothers; Bekir SAHINER and Ali SAHINER. In the follovving years, in order to cover a larger service area in Izmir and surrounding towns, they have started applying innovations which allow product processing with developing technology in Food Market the biggest food and vvholesale site in Aegean Region. The company can establish two facilities a year, and has up to 1000 ton Dried Nuts, and 100 ton Turkish Delight, Cezerye, Turkish Delight, Crocant production-process capacity Per month.
