The Nile Company for Food Industries "Enjoy" was established in Cairo in 1982 with a 100% Egyptian capital. In the first twelve years of its existence, it manufactured fruit juices, milk, yoghurt and ice cream under the brand name Dolce. In the mid-1990s the owners decided to sell off of the ice cream line to a large global competitor (Nestle) in order to focus strictly on its juice and milk businesses.

In 1996 the brand name Dolce has been changed to Enjoy, the new Enjoy brand has met success largely and doubled its annual revenues by the end of 1996.

Investments continue to Increase the total capacity in order to meet the increasing demand by their customers locally&internationally, its turnover in 2005 reached a total of 250,000,000 LE with export representing 40% from the total sales.
