IDEA QUICK was founded in 1993 with the aim of bringing out of the Chef's kitchen one of the great classics of traditional cookery: puff pastry.
At first it was set up as a real workshop, where handiwork was an obligation rather than a choice. Yet, it didn't take long for the workshop to grow and so by 1999 the production had to be moved to a specially designed modern site perfectly meeting the top-quality requirements of the food industry, where the company could plan its business development program.
The improvements in the production capacity and quality, the employment of state-of-the-art technology, the excellent teamwork based on mutual esteem and continuous exchange of ideas, have made the company the Italian market leader in frozen puff pastry and a reference point for the sector, fostering the development of these products.
In a short time IDEA QUICK has managed to secure the consumers' fidelity in all sales channels and has also been appreciated as a co-packer.
