The machine is designed for peeling pineapple, grapefruit, papaya, taro, coconut, melon and etc. The machine consists of peeling blade, mechanical hand, locating fork, locating sensor and PLC. All the actions are controlled by computer automatically. Because the blade can peel fruits according to different shapes, so the flesh waste is much lower than labor peeling. Firstly, measure the thickness of peel, and then choose the suitable blade, set the program and parameters in the touch screen. It’s ready to use. Just need to put the fruit into the feeder, the machine would automatically peel. The ready fruit and peel would be sent out by different outlets.
