Tasting notes

Intense Cherry color with copper-colored shade, clean and bright. The spices (cinnamon and cloves) from the oak aging dominate the background of the fruit and toast flavors. In the mouth is fresh, a little complex and elegant with a large finish.

Blend

It goes well with red and white meats, barbecue, hard cheese, fish, and smoked food. The best served temperature is between 18 ºC and 20 ºC.

Varieties

50% Tempranillo, 25% cabernet sauvignon and 25% Syrah. Aged in American oak barrels (80%) and French oak barrels (20%). After 7 months, it will sleep for a minimum of 6 months in bottles.
