Juice obtained from the mechanical extraction of ripe grapefruit, concentrated to 58 ° Brix ± 5 ( 20 ° C ) by removing water under high vacuum , with characteristic pink or yellow coloration of the fruit considering the variety , characteristic odor properly processed juice , no strange odor and flavor of grapefruit juice properly processed , no strange flavors. The industrial processing plant is a member of the International Federation of Juice Producers (IFU ) , SGF ( Sure Global Fair) . The juice is packed in steel drums with two polyethylene bags with an approximate net weight between 260kg . ± 5% to 265kg . ± 5 % or plastic bins with a single bag and approximate net weight of 1200 kg or 1300 ± 5 % ± 5 % Kg . The packages are identified by a need for product traceability code , also showing : product name, lot number, ° Brix , ratio, net and gross weight .
Transportation may be made in refrigerated vessel or in refrigerated 40ft High Cube containers. In the first instance the pallets will be approximately two containers or bins and the second from 102 to 104 containers or bins by container 22 .
Storage Conditions: Frozen at temperatures not exceeding -15 ° C in a dry place . Expiration : 24 months from production date .
