DESCRIPTION:	WINWAY® II polydextrose Powder FCC is a randomly bonded condensation polymer of D-glucose with some bound sorbitol and a suitable acid.
SOLUBILITY:	Very soluble in water (approximately 80g /100ml @ 20 a?? ), but only sparingly soluble to insoluble in most organic solvents.
STORAGE:	WINWAY® II should be stored in airtight containers in a dry place below 40 a?? ( 104 a?? ).
Shelf LifeL:	24 months, good storage conditions will prolong the shelf life.
PA CKagING:	WINWAY® II is packaged in Multi-layer Kraft Paper Bag with Food Grade PE Bag inner, 25kg/bag. (Other packaging types are available on requests)
