our Pomegranate juice concentrates are produced from the highest quality fruits. Pomegranate juice is prepared by processing fresh fruit which has been cleaned, washed, properly drained, sorted, and inspected. The arils are then extracted and the juice recovered through gentle pressing. This juice is then enzyme treated, clarified and concentrated to 65 brix. The concentrate is processed in accordance with good manufacturing practices, then packed in drums and stored frozen.
