The history of our Company begins since 1860.
All production is made only from the grain class "Lux" spirit which is made according to the classical technology without fermentable preparations supplement.
Vodka is specially processed solution of spirit and water. Water inhales life in vodka. First of all vodka quality depends on its natural properties. And only then - various flavoring additives, such as sugar, glucose count. Its composition gives vodka original taste and aroma.
Nowadays only few Ukraine regions and even leaders in vodka-liquor branch can brag of water quality.
Only unique "alive" artesian water which possesses special softness and taken from the chinks of 700 meters depth is used for vodka manufacturing on the CJC "CLVD "Chernigivska gorilka" (Closed Joint-Stock Company "Chernigov liquor and vodka distillery "Chernigivska gorilka"). Possessing exceptional softness and health-giving properties artesian water allows to avoid synthetic water softening and gives the opportunity to preserve all vital microelements in it. Due to this the production has its own special quality.
During the existence of the CJC "CLVD "Chernigivska gorilka" a significant work in the newest technologies introduction and assortment development is carried out:
- Vodka is made under the classical scheme with the usage of the birch activated coal;
- Only "alive" water from artesian chink of more than 700 meters depth is used for the vodka production;
- The submission system of sorting on a filtration with stable temperature is introduced;
- The auxiliary system of vodka and liquor-vodka products clearing was established in bottling line;
- Vodka is bottled into exclusively decorated bottles which were made to individual order especially for our Company;
- Souvenir production in glass and porcelain container is made;
