3. The seller's service and supply scope

Equipment supply and installation of the whole production line;

Complete set of equipment installation materials supply;

Equipment installation and debugging of the whole production line(Technicians’ salary shall be calculated in addition);

Workshop process flow diagram, equipment layout, foundation holes figure, civil engineering design conditions of the graph design;

Design of power control principle diagram for each workshop;

Supply of equipment insulation and paint materials;

Supply of outdoor circulating water and cooling system equipment (namely auxiliary equipments);

Workers' field training and long-term technology services;

The specific scope of supply boundaries are as follows (except the special mentioned in the contract)

Ø R aw materials or intermediate products sent to feeder or to 1m inside the workshop to start;

Ø Finished product sent to 1m outside the workshop to end;

Ø By-products sent to 1m outside the workshop to end;

Ø Water supply sent to 1m inside the workshop to start;

Ø A uxiliary materials sent to 1m inside the workshop to start;

Ø Power distribution sent to the power distribution cabinet inside the workshop to start;

Ø S team sent to steam header inside work shop to start .

4 , Service and supply scope not belong to seller (except special statement in the contract)

Buildings, foundation, steel structure, operation platform, trestle, supporting objects;

Middle cleaning device;

The water seal pool;

Equipment lifting equipments;

Total distribution and the high voltage substation part;

Emergency power supply provided;

The power switch, the control cabinet fields. ;

Lighting and Lighting line ;

Lightning protection device (except leaching workshop)

5 , The project scope of the buyer

Responsible for the design and construction of the civil engineering;

All utilities and workshop of all the pipeline;

If the buyer needs the seller to design construction drawings, the price shall be valuated separately.

Foreign equipment transportation and insurance;

Using steam boiler for full set of equipment

Total power distribution and high voltage substation;

Water supply and fire control facilities.

6 , Public and auxiliary materials requirements

Saturated steam- 1.0MPa ;

Cooling water- Cooling water requirements noncorrosive without suspended impurities 0.3 Mpa pressure, temperature less than 20 ~ 32 °C (summer), the biggest hardness less than 10 German degree;

Drinking water- 0.3 MPa pressure, temperature 15 ~ 25 °C, the biggest hardness less than 10 German degree;

Soft water- 0.3 MPa pressure, temperature is below 50 °C, the biggest hardness less than 5 German degree;

Dy namic electricity : 3 ´ 380V±5% ;

Lighting and control of electricity : 220V±0.05 , Frequency : 50Hz ;

Water-soluble acid and alkali: without;

Sulpher content % ≤0.05 ;

Mechanical impurities and moisture : without

Oil stain test: qualified

Phosphoric acid: concentration 85% (FOOD GRADE);

Citric acid: FOOD GRADE, purity is more than 99.5% ;

Caustic soda: solid alkali, including NaOH98 % above.

7. Term of maintenance

This project is under warranty for one year, seller shall propose solution within 24 hours after receiving buyer’s written notice ; If there's equipment damage or malfunction because of the equipment quality, the seller is responsible for change and repair for free. The seller is responsible for all the technical service, not be limited for warranty.
