The production flow chart of Propolis:

Crude propolis---frozen---crushing--- sol--- filtering--- precipitation---- Concentration -- packing---store

1.crude propolis inspection

To test the quality on the flavonoids content, the oxidized time which is not less than the minimum requirement of <<propolis GB / T24283-2009>>. By this way, we can identify the authenticity of raw materials.

2.Store

The warehouse should keep in cool, dry and ventilated condition without poisonous matter.

3.frozen

Put the original propolis into refrigerated counter under -18 °C for 48 hour to make the propolis become pieces easily.

4. crushing

Crushing the frozen propolis into pieces with 14 mesh crusher.

5. sol

Put the crushed ingredients in alcohol and stir constantly for 6 hour. Then stop churning for 2h and released supernatant fluid. The above process repeat 3 times. At last, we gather the solution.

6. filtering

Put the original propolis solution through the pump into filter filtered to have the wax precipitation residue filtered out.

7. precipitation

After removing impurity of soaking liquid, we put them in the precipitated cans for natural precipitation in 20 days.

8. Concentration

After precipitation, we put propolis liquid in concentrator whose temperature can not exceed 50 °C. The concentrated propolis can be used as the raw material of propolis products.

9.inspection

To test the quality of the concentrated propolis on the flavonoids content, the oxidized time and the content of coliform bacteria.

10.packing

We have the concentrated propolis packed according to customer’s request.

11.store
