Taken from the pigs thigh, from italian pigs which are checked and selected. salt Curing and Seasoning. Maturation and Ripening.

The ham is the most noble of pork from pigs' legs and in our case exclusively from animals born and reared in Italy .
After cutting the ham is flavored with Garlic and pepper , after which we proceed to the salting following a recipe handed down by our farmers .
The curing is done in controlled environments in natural air circulation .
The peculiarity of these hams is due to the scent , the rose color , softness and taste .
