The company was formerly known as Florex International. Being mistaken as a flower company, the owners decided to change its name to Pacific Isles International Trading, Incorporated. It's president, Ms. Mary Lou Florendo, who has a background of 33 years in the food manufacturing business, leads the company.

Formerly located in New Manila, the company transferred its plant to Montalban, Rizal, for further expansion to increase its production mainly to mechanize its systems and to acquire worldwide accreditation such as HACCP and EU to remain competitive globally.

Our product line composed of frozen vegetables, wheat and rice noodles, fruits in syrup, shrimp fry (bagoong), condiments and sauces, juices and pastry wrapper and frozen, smoked and dried seafood. With such a wide array of products to offer our customers, care in packing each product is done to ensure quality.

We are registered with Securities and Exchange Commission and Bureau of Food and Drugs and had complied with USFDA, Ministries of Health in Saudi Arabia and Japan Ministry of Health. We are affiliated with prestige associations such as Philippine Exporters Confederations, Inc. (PHILEXPORT) and Integrated Food Manufacturers' Association of the Philippines for Productivity (INFOMAPP).
Pacific Isles currently employs 65 employees and subcontractuals. It has a network of distributors in the USA, Canada, Japan and the Middle East which markets Pacific Isles products to leading supermarkets.
